We are looking for a new team member with civil construction experience to fill a flex position on our team. This role will include laborer and operating opportunities! Outdoor Enterprise is a fast-paced civil construction and excavation company in Miami County, Ohio and offers a great team atmosphere and healthy team environment where we focus on doing all things with excellence! The average hourly pay rate for this position is $30-$55 and Prevailing Wage overtime is part of our normal schedule.

Our ideal team member for this position will:

• Bring 2+ years of construction experience including any of the following: underground utilities, street work, concrete, excavation, and site work

• Have knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH/Safety guidelines

• Have experience operating heavy trucks and construction equipment

• Think outside the box & enjoy creative problem solving

• Be a self-motivated and production-oriented team player

• Have a valid Class A CDL and clean driving record (preferred, but not required)
