Accounting/Office Administrator


At Outdoor Enterprise we take pride in our healthy culture and positive team environment. We are seeing a positive and upbeat self-starter to fill our Accounts Payable position and assist with general office tasks.


This position will be part-time (15-25 hours a week), the days/hours worked are flexible. There will be opportunity to grow in this position & company!


  • Enter incoming invoices and ensure they are approved and posted

  • Verify required paperwork for subcontractors and vendors before processing payments

  • Organizing and filing receipts, tickets, and other paperwork

  • Inventory and ordering office supplies

  • Monthly reconciliations

  • Monitor cash flow and pay invoices in a timely manner

  • Generally assist the Office Manager and Owners with tasks as needed

  • Data Entry/Record keeping

  • Open and distribute mail

  • General office filing & organization


  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles

  • Understanding of the G/L and chart of accounts and experience posting journal entries

  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Customer service orientation and good phone skills

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail



  • High School Diploma

  • Associates Degree (preferred but not required)

  • Business/finance experience

  • Customer Service experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
